Stop the Bleed

AMR/Medic West Medics will present a Stop the Bleed course at Henderson Hospital. This class will teach bleeding control, including:

• How to effectively apply direct pressure
• Wound packing
• Tourniquet use and proper application

These skills are not only for mass casualty incidents, they can be used in the home in the event of an accident. This class will take approximately two hours.
